How much will my project cost?
Kitchens typically start around $32,000, bathrooms $18,000, basements $45,000 and additions $90,000. Those are real starting points, not teaser numbers — your quote will be itemised after a site visit.
How far out are you booking?
Usually six to ten weeks for a start date, depending on scope and permits. Small repairs can often be slotted in sooner.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, on everything that needs one. Structural work goes through an engineer and we book the inspections — you do not deal with the city.
What happens if we change our minds mid-project?
You get the cost difference in writing before anything is ordered. Changes are normal; unexplained invoices are not.
